Porch Pickup:

• If you're local and would prefer to pick up your plants, please ensure to write "porch pickup" in your checkout notes. This way, you can avoid shipping fees and greet your new plant friends in person!

• Pickup Days: Porch Pickups will only be available on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.

Shipping Services:

• We ship via UPS® Delivery. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email complete with tracking information so you can anticipate its arrival.

Shipping Regions:

• Our herbs can be shipped to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.

• Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to Canada at this time.

Shipping Costs:

• Please note that certain plants, due to their size, may have additional fees.

Return Policy:

We take pride in providing high-quality medicinal herbs and workshops to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we have put together a return policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases.

• Plants: We do not offer refunds for live plants. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your plant(s) for another plant(s) of equal value or provide you with a gift card that can be used for future purchases at our nursery. To be eligible for an exchange or gift card, the plant(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of the original purchase, in the same condition as when it was purchased, and with the original receipt.

• Workshops: Workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a workshop you have already purchased a ticket for, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us to let us know of the transfer at least 24 hours before the workshop start time.
