Shipping Details:

We ship via UPS® Delivery. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email complete with tracking information so you can anticipate its arrival.

Shipping Regions:

• Our herbs can be shipped to the contiguous 48 states and the District of Columbia.

• Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to Canada at this time.

• Please note that certain plants, due to their size, may have additional fees.

Return Policy:

We take pride in providing high-quality medicinal herbs and workshops to our customers. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we have put together a return policy to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases.

• Plants: We do not offer refunds for live plants. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange your plant(s) for another plant(s) of equal value or provide you with a gift card that can be used for future purchases at our nursery. To be eligible for an exchange or gift card, the plant(s) must be returned to us within 7 days of the original purchase, in the same condition as when it was purchased, and with the original receipt.

  Care Tips Below:

  For best results: Plant within 48 hours of arrival, fertilize and water deeply. These are mature plants with strong roots—cosmetic flaws won’t affect growth!

• Workshops: Workshop tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a workshop you have already purchased a ticket for, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact us to let us know of the transfer at least 24 hours before the workshop start time.
